This assembly is an outstanding solution when 1/4" tubing must be repeatedly connected and disconnected.  Joining the fittings is accompanied by a definitive "click." Depress the ergonomic thumb latch to disconnect the fittings.  Can be easily disconnected and reconnected while under pressure.  Because each side of the assembly is "valved," disconnecting the fittings with the thumb latch while under pressure results in little more than a single drip.  All fittings are safe for contact with RO water, RODI water, and saltwater.  Pressure rated to 120 psi.
