Fantastic products and support

I am continuously satisfied with the service and product quality I receive from Buckeye Hydro. When I have questions or need guidance on an installation matter I usually get a near immediate response, either by phone or email. For a DiY'er, this is extremely important and valued. My residential RODI has operated flawlessly for over a year now and has exceeded my expectations. Much better price to that what I could find elsewhere.

The ball valves are extremely high quality and appear to have very close tolerances in terms of fit and valve functioning.

Easy Turn. Works

I replaced an existing valve I had from another supplier. The existing valve (not the valve you're purchasing) took quite a bit of force to turn on and off. When I had other users make water for me, they often got confused which way to turn the valve due to the difficulty - so I was afraid it was going to get broken over time.
I bought this valve (the one you should purchase) to give it a shot and it's perfect. Works as expected. Easy to turn on and off (but enough resistance that it won't accidentally turn from being bumped or handled).
