The hard-to-find Pentek GS-10PH Inline Filter Cartridge measures 10" x 2" and uses hexametaphosphate for scale prevention. Often used in food service, pretreatment for reverse osmosis systems, water coolers, ice makers, refrigerators, and vending equipment to neutralize the effects of high levels of lime and scale in hard water.

The Pentek GS-10PH has 1/4" female pipe thread connections (1/4" FPT). Proper flow direction is clearly indicated on the label.
