1. Great Product! Great Service!

   The RODI Filter Kit takes the hassle out of ordering three different replacement filters. Price is good, shipping is a little expensive, but overall good value. Can buy at Amazon a little cheaper when you factor in the shipping, but I like the RODI filtration system I bought from Buckeye and want to continue to support them. They spent a lot of time explaining how they worked and exactly what I needed when I first ordered one. I think I talked to the main guy, not sure, but he was great.

   I had questions as I changed filters for the first time on my RODI system. What a relief that I didn't end up talking to someone in India. Buckeye simplified things so I could achieve my objective in such a caring and effective manner. Mission accomplished.

   Customer service is tops at Buckeye Hydro. My items were shipped quickly and accuratley even received them a day early.
   
   Will be getting all my water filtering items from Buckeye in the future.

   As always, Russ and Buckeye Hydro provided uncompromising customer service and a great product. They have been a CORA www.corareef.org sponsor as well for a very long time. Its great to have such a great company as supportive as they are to the reefing community as well. You'll not find a better company for your reverse osmosis needs.

   Filters and DI resin are of good quality and easy to install. Customer Support is second to none! They are pros and I appreciate their excellent advice and recommendations.
   
   I agree with the other reviewer about shipping costs though. They are too expensive!

8. Makes changing filters easy

   The fact that they offer a complete kit, to replace the original filters that came with my RODI makes shopping for replacement filter media very easy. Only problem I have is the shipping cost makes the product 50% more expensive than the listed price. But what can you do?
